Initial appointment

$120

An initial appointment consists of reviewing health history, vitals, measurements, weight, and body fat percentage.  The initial consultation includes 30 day supply of phentermine (if no contraindications*) with MIC injection. You may return for weekly MIC injections for $25 fee.

Phentermine is an appetite suppressant that affects the central nervous system to decrease appetite. It is a great jump start used in conjunction to making lifestyle changes and make healthy eating choices.

This visit will include weight check-in and blood pressure check. This includes 30 day supply of phentermine and MIC injection.

*There are some limitations that apply to Phentermine use. There is a max age limit. No history of heart attack, or arrythmias. Blood pressure must be under control 140/90 max in appointment. May need to follow-up with PCP and return when controlled. Other contraindications: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma, agitation, drug abuse, certain medications (furosemide, MAO). If you don’t meet qualifications for it MIC is still a good route for weight loss.

MIC (with B12) Injection

Vitamin B12 plays an important part in your metabolism. B12 vitamins are crucial in brain function and can improve mental health as well as slow down memory loss.

B12 plays a role in cell reproduction and can help reproduce skin, hair, and nails. B12 also plays a role in white blood cell production and can boost immunity. B12 in some studies has shown to have beneficial effect on sleep pattern and decrease risk from low bone density causing osteoporosis.

MIC “fat burner” : B12, L-Methionine, Inositol and Choline. MIC is a lipotropic injection that helps the body break down fat metabolism in body while also improving mental function and feelings of depression.

L- Methionine

one of 8 essential amino acids that are the building blocks for proteins but which cannot be produced in the body. L-Methionine is naturally found in meat/dairy products, spinach, potatoes, Brazil nuts and sesame seeds. It is used in the treatment of liver disease and recommended supplement for vegetarians. Also helps eliminate toxins.

Inositol

when used in combination with B complex helps liver break down fats. It can be found naturally in foods including cantaloupe, oranges, bananas, kidney beans, raisins, and peanuts.

Choline

essential for fat metabolism. Some of the best food sources that contain naturally are soybeans, eggs, cauliflower, tofu, and almonds. It is an essential nutrient that is required in the regulation of the kidneys, liver and gallbladder. It assists detoxification reactions in the liver.

Phentermine

is similar to an amphetamine. Phentermine stimulates the central nervous system (nerves and brain), which increases your heart rate and blood pressure and decreases your appetite.

Provider and Owner Dana Sandrik FNP-C, obtained her Masters in Nursing from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from ASU. Dana’s career started as an RN at Banner Thunderbird for 4 years while obtaining her Masters Degree. As an FNP-C, Dana worked for 3 years at DMG, a family practice and weight loss clinic. Dana is dedicated to helping men and woman change their lifestyles to feel their best through diet and exercise.
